AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY OWN FOOD OR BEVERAGES INTO THE PARK?

For the safety of all guests, outside coolers and food and beverages are not permitted within Shipwreck Island Waterpark, except for water.

Grills and open fires are also prohibited in the parking lot. Concerned about allergies?

While we're happy to provide ingredient lists from our food suppliers, please note that we are not the manufacturers or suppliers of the food and beverage products. As such, we cannot guarantee the allergen-free content or safety of any items.

Guests with allergy concerns should exercise caution and only consume packaged items from trusted manufacturers.

I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES AND A MEDICAL NEED TO BRING MY OWN FOOD?

Guests with food sensitivities or life-threatening allergies may bring outside food into Shipwreck Island Waterpark only if their dietary restrictions prevent them from consuming the available menu options.

In such cases, the food must be individually packed for the single person and limited to the individual with the allergy.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY ON DAILY TICKETS AND SEASON PASSES?

Admission tickets and Season Passes become non-refundable for any reason once the transaction is complete, whether it's at the Front Gate, online through our website, or other retail outlets.

This policy applies even in the event of weather-related occurrences. We advise guests to check local weather conditions before planning their visit.

Unprocessed Season Passes, which are still in e-ticket or voucher form and have not been exchanged for a season pass wristband, may be transferred to another individual.

Please note that all unused day tickets expire on September 05, 2024. Season Passes, whether processed or unprocessed, will lose their value on September 05, 2024, unless you choose to renew your Season Pass for the following season.

WHAT IS THE RAIN POLICY?

Shipwreck Island Waterpark remains operational during periods of rain. However, for the safety of all guests, the operation of attractions and pools may be temporarily suspended in the event of heavy rains, electrical storms, or severe weather conditions in the area.

Guests with a Season Pass are welcome to return on another day to enjoy the remainder of the summer season. Rainchecks and refunds will be at the discretion of management.

For ONE-TIME use Daily Admission Guests: Rainy day tickets will be provided if attractions and pools are temporarily closed due to rain or storms for more than one hour. These tickets are valid for a single visit on another day. Once attractions and pools resume operations, rainy day tickets will no longer be issued. Please be aware that rainy day tickets will not be issued after 3:00 pm.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR APPROPRIATE ATTIRE AT THE PARK?

In alignment with our commitment to maintaining a family-friendly atmosphere, Shipwreck Island Waterpark enforces guidelines regarding appropriate attire to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all guests. These rules include the following, which may be supplemented as necessary by the Park:

- Suitable swimwear is required for water rides and play structures. Swimwear must be lined and non-transparent at all times. Revealing swimwear, thong or t-back swimwear bottoms, and visible undergarments are not permitted. Cotton t-shirts, footwear, denim swimwear, and swimwear with hard metal objects are prohibited on body contact slides. Fins and snorkels are also not allowed.

- For safety and to prevent damage to rides and attractions, the Park prohibits the wearing of cut-off jeans, denim shorts, clothing or swimwear with metal rivets or spikes, metal fasteners or buckles, and belts. Additionally, shoes of any kind are not permitted on water slides or tube rides.

- To minimize potential hazards to riders, other guests, and property, the Park prohibits certain types of jewelry. This includes bulky, protruding, or dangling jewelry such as large hoop earrings, long necklaces, bulky rings, and piercings that could catch or snag on equipment.These guidelines are implemented to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone at Shipwreck Island Waterpark.

ARE LOCKERS AVAILABLE FOR RENT AT THE WATERPARK?

Yes, we have 3 locker sizes available to rent for the day, and are able to be accessed multiple times throughout the day.

Small - $12 per day
Medium - $15 per day
Large - $18 per day

IS SMOKING PERMITTED INSIDE THE WATERPARK?

Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers or cigars, vaping) is not permitted anywhere on Shipwreck Island property with the exception of designated smoking areas, located near the entrance of zoom flume and restrooms.

WHAT IS THE POLICY OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE PARK?

Alcoholic beverages brought from outside are not permitted within Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Guests must be at least 21 years old to purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages on the premises. A valid state-issued identification or driver's license is required for each individual purchasing, possessing, or consuming alcoholic beverages.

Alcoholic beverages purchased within the park must be consumed within the park boundaries and cannot be taken outside the premises under any circumstances. Guests purchasing alcoholic beverages will receive a 21+ wristband indicating that they are of legal drinking age and have been verified as not being over-served.For safety reasons, alcoholic beverages are not allowed in ride queues.

DO YOU ALLOW ANIMALS IN THE PARK?

Shipwreck Island Waterpark strictly prohibits animals of any kind from entering the premises, including but not limited to dogs, cats, rabbits, gerbils, lizards, snakes, pigs, hamsters, turtles, birds, tarantulas, rats, mice, monkeys, ferrets, and mini-horses. The only exceptions are legally-defined service dogs or animals required by law to assist individuals with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act or other applicable laws.

Guests claiming to have a legally qualifying service dog must provide verification of its legitimacy. It's important to note that a service animal is defined by law and not by personal preference. Animals providing emotional comfort or personal security do not qualify as legal service animals.
Even if a service animal is verified and permitted to enter the park, guests are responsible for controlling them at all times. Service animals are not allowed on rides or water attractions due to safety and hygiene concerns.

If a service animal poses a threat to persons or property, including being unruly, threatening, or aggressive, the park reserves the right to request its removal from the premises. Guests with service animals are responsible for ensuring they relieve themselves before entering the park and for cleaning up after them if necessary.

Leaving animals in parked cars while visiting the park is strictly prohibited. In such cases, animal control or other government authorities may be contacted, and the vehicle may be forcibly entered to attend to the animal's health or safety needs. Guests will be responsible for all associated costs and may face animal cruelty charges from local authorities.

ARE DRONES ALLOWED IN THE WATERPARK?

The use of drones, whether for photography or any other purpose, within, over, or around Shipwreck Island Waterpark is strictly prohibited unless the user has obtained written, contractual permission for that specific instance from an authorized officer of the waterpark or its parent entity.

Violations of this policy may result in immediate ejection from the park, confiscation of the drone, and referral of the matter to the appropriate authorities. Drones pose a significant safety risk to ride operations, park facilities (including electrical infrastructure), and the well-being of our guests and staff.Furthermore, the use of drones within, over, or around the park constitutes illegal trespass, invasion of privacy, and interference with our operations, which may result in legal action.

WHAT IS THE PARK'S POLICY FOR UNACCOMPANIED MINORS?

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian who is at least 16 years old. For safety reasons, we strongly advise that all minors be accompanied by an adult during their visit.

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED FROM COMING IN AT BAG CHECK?

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, Shipwreck Island Waterpark has established guidelines regarding items permitted within the park premises. Prohibited items include alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs or paraphernalia, weapons of any kind (including concealed firearms and knives), glass containers, tents, lawn umbrellas, and snorkel goggles with nose covers.

Additionally, outside food or beverages, coolers, inflatable pool toys, water guns, banners, boards, umbrellas, flags, megaphones, and attire deemed offensive or inappropriate are not allowed. However, guests are welcome to bring small personal snacks for medical needs, baby food, and formula. Water (limited to one per guest) and empty, reusable water bottles are permitted. United States Coast Guard-approved life jackets and "Puddles" floating devices are allowed and provided complimentary on a first-come, first-served basis. These regulations are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone at Shipwreck Island Waterpark.

CAN I WEAR WATER SHOES?

Water shoes are allowed to be worn around the park as the pavement can get hot. We encourage you to protect your feet. They may NOT be worn on any of the following rides: any Duelin' Daltons slides, any Snake Pit slides, Lone Star Racers, or The Gully Washer. Water shoes can cause unwanted friction on the slide that could result in injury to the rider. Please do as the lifeguards ask. Water shoes ARE allowed to be worn in pools

DO YOU RADIO FOR SOMEONE, IF THEY ARE LOST?

Sorry, we do not page for individuals. We recommend you designate the large flagpole as a meeting place if someone gets separated. Our staff has been well trained on how to re-unite children with their families or chaperones

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CABANA RESERVATION IF THERE IS INCLEMENT WEATHER?

Shipwreck Island will attempt to remain open during periods of rain. However, operations of all attractions and/or pools may be temporarily suspended for your safety if there are heavy rains, electrical storms or other severe weather conditions in the area.

We offer a complimentary reschedule for your cabana if the attractions are closed for more than one (1) consecutive hour or if the park closes early due to inclement weather. Once attractions and pools resume operation, the ability to reschedule your cabana will no longer be offered.

After 3pm, cabana reschedules will no longer be issued. To reschedule your cabana, please visit the Guest Relations located by the Front Gate. As a reminder, cabanas are non-refundable for any reason, no exceptions.

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT CABANAS?

Visitors must have email or print confirmation to check in for their Cabana reservations.

CAN I LEAVE THE PARK AND COME BACK LATER?

Yes, visitors can exit and re-enter the waterpark. At the time of exit, your hand will be stamped and this will allow you to enter and exit the park all day long.

WHAT ARE THE PERKS OF A SEASON PASS?

Experience the convenience of going "cashless" at Shipwreck Island Waterpark! Season Passholders can add cash to their wristband atthe Splash Cash counter, eliminating the need for a wallet.The amount added to the wristband remains until consumed.

Guests can use their linked wristband throughout the park for purchases, including food, drinks, and souvenirs. Simply swipe your wristband, and the amount will be deducted from your wristband
As a Season Passholder, enjoy exclusive benefits such as a 10% discount on purchases at food outlets and all retail locations. Just present your wristband at checkout. (Exclusions apply alcohol products, souvenir cups, lockers and novelty carts.)

Additionally, Season Passholders can save 10% on Standard Cabana rentals and Cabana upgrade packages (excluding alcohol). Plus, take advantage of discounted daily admission tickets, available for purchase at $39.99.

CAN I UPGRADE MY DAY TICKET TO A SEASON PASS?

Absolutely! To upgrade your pass to a Season Pass, simply visit any admission window. Please note that upgrades can only be done on the same day the daily admissions ticket is used. You'll only need to pay the price difference between the daily ticket and the Season Pass. Proof of purchase must be presented at the time of upgrade.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE TICKETS I HAVE PURCHASED ONLINE?

Once you've purchased your tickets for Shipwreck Island Waterpark, you're all set! Simply proceed directly to the front gate entrance, enter, and start enjoying the park! There's no requirement to visit the front gate windows unless you wish to enhance your experience by upgrading to a any other option or would like to purchase additional tickets

What is Splash Cash?

Rather than carry a wallet with credit cards or cash around all day, we allow you to purchase Splash Cash (a wristband debit card). You can purchase Splash Cash with a Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card or cash to pay for food, drinks or merchandise from our Ship’s Store. We’ll refund your unused Splash Cash at the end of the day before you exit the park.

I PURCHASED A DAY TICKET, BUT IT'S RAINING! WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

Even when the weather isn't ideal, Shipwreck Island Waterpark often continues to operate its attractions. If conditions allow, we encourage you to come and enjoy your visit!
